What we need
- A written document that clearly translates a specific organizational or business need into the technical work required to achieve it
Additional details
We need your help to create a plan to image 150 laptop computers. We've done this in a variety of ways over the years. This year we did this with a server set up but it was very time consuming for staff. The job has outgrown our abilities and we recognize that we now need to outsource this task. Please help us to write the specs for this job and research a cost effective company that can help us to execute the task.
What we have in place
- We currently have a general tech document from this year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have learned what works and what doesn't work, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,802 , allowing us to help even more people with their taxes.
We use these laptop computers to prepare people's tax returns. It's super critical to our mission.
