The Wyoming Afterschool Alliance wants fresh and professional marketing materials for our 12th Annual Wyoming Afterschool Alliance State Conference. We're under new leadership and excited to make an impact.

What we have in place
  • We currently have basic information about the event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff with experience in InDesign and Photoshop, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to find highly-qualified speakers and educators and hopefully offer additional scholarships for attendees in low-income areas.

The annual conference is the most important gathering for afterschool professionals in Wyoming. We're committed to supporting their professional development so that they have the knowledge and skills you need to kids to reach their full potential.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
