- Assessment of whether any products/services should be discontinued or offered at differential price points based on constituents’ needs
Additional details
We are trying to determine how to price our online platform through a license fee (or other structure) to potential customers. We also need support around pricing our professional services, which include advising customers around school and community engagement strategy.
What we have in place
- We currently have a business plan and an idea of potential customers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a general financial model, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to focus on our programming that supports teachers and kids.
We have developed our online platform and offline services at our home base in Tucson using primarily philanthropic dollars. Potential customers across the US and globe have asked us how much it would cost to bring our products to their organization/region. We need to have a solid answer that will enable us to generate revenue and diversity our funding stream.
