What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors

Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center is a safety-net medical and dental clinic located in Williamsburg, VA. We serve approximately 5,000 patients annually with the majority of them being either uninsured or underinsured. Olde Towne has the largest obstetrics clinic in a 70 mile radius.
Each year we have two direct mailings to former donors and new prospects. I would like to have a fresh pair of eyes to review the material that we are sending out to our community.
What we have in place
- We currently have samples of our fundraising letters and brochures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have annual reports going back several years., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to see additional patients and purchase needed medical equipment.
As I mentioned, the majority of our patients are uninsured and those that can pay do so on a sliding fee scale. We need revenue to offset the shortfall. No one is turned away for their ability to pay.
