What we need
  • Analysis of website’s on-page content, technical structure, and presence of inbound links on other websites for search engine optimization
  • Actionable steps to improve website’s performance in search engines via organic search

We've created our website using WIX and have completed all the steps within WIX's SEO WIZARD. Most of our supporters are coming to us via word of mouth. When attempting to find us by googling Inspired Threads, though, our site doesn't appear until page 4. We need help understanding how our current site ranks, determining something on our site might be disrupting the flow of qualified traffic, and assessing what we can do to improve it.

What we have in place
  • I built our website using WIX and I'm available and able to make any and all changes recommended. We have a WIX Premium Business Account which includes Google Analytics.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,767 , allowing us to purchase necessary equipment, pay our rent...basically, keep the lights on so we can continue to train & pay our deserving team of designers (all who face significant barriers to employment.)

Our mission is to provide secure employment to people with disabilities. We do that training our team to stitch together blankets from upcycled fabric scraps. In order to pay our employees, we need to sell their blankets...and get donations as well. Most of our new donors & customers are referred to us by previous customers/disability advocates. Moving our site UP when googling our company name, will make it so much easier for interested customers/donors to find us...and support us!!!

Our mission

Inspired-Threads is an emerging non-profit that is committed to training and employing people with disabilities and those facing other significant barriers to employment. How? By creating unique, comfy blankets from unrecyclable fabric scraps discarded by NYC fashion designers. Each Inspired-Threads product saves between 3-5 pounds of textile waste from going to landfills. So, we're doing good stuff for the planet too.
