Project details

What we need
  • Ready-to-publish copy for a brochure
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Graphic Design project, for new marketing materials
Additional details

Buckelew Programs is creating a brochure with branded insert (rack) cards for specific programs across the agency (8-10 cards about different services). We are ready to kick this project off by 1/24/20!

What we have in place
  • We currently have an experienced graphic designer contracted for this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have existing copy from website etc to be updated and polished, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to invest more into our direct client services and outreach.

We rebranded 2 years ago after 2 mergers and recently got a new website www.buckelew.org so we need fresh collateral with our key messages. A branded integrated brochure will allow us to promote our mission and services to the community - those in need of services, and potential funders and partners.

Project plan

P

  • Volunteer Manager communicates theme, details and tone of content to be included
  • Volunteer Manager provides example(s) of existing brochure to be revamped and/or other marketing collateral to use as inspiration, if applicable
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and general marketing strategy, if applicable
1
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, including target audience(s), style and tone preferences and parameters
2
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first draft of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback, especially with respect to style, tone, and clarity
3

Testimonials

Brooke was fantastic to work with! She was responsive, reliable and enthusiastic about the project, and her writing was vibrant and engaging. We could not have completed our brochure writing project in such a timely fashion without her. She assured a quick turnaround for any edits and was able to capture the spirit of our agency messages and present them in a fresh approach. I highly recommend Brooke and would love to work with her again

Brochure Writing Project

Buckelew Programs is an amazing organization run by amazing people! I worked closely with Katrin Ciaffa and she was always friendly, communicative, and clear with her goals and feedback. As a copywriter, I appreciated the freedom that Buckelew gave me to bring my personal insight and voice to an existing brand. Our project was very collaborative and I'll always be grateful for its impact on my professional development. What's more, it always feels great to help an organization with such a pure, humanitarian mission. I truly enjoyed the experience and would work with Buckelew again in a heartbeat!
