Training Plan Development

Project Details

What We Need
  • Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
  • Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
  • Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
  • Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
  • A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have outlines, itineraries, notes, program planning information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional materials and motivation to get this done, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to put more money into the programs and communities we serve

We are looking to expand our reach by bringing on more staff, but also creating templates for the communities we serve so they can train their own personnel. this is a big step for us to move forward and we are excited but overwhelmed by the process.
