What we need
  • An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member responsible for our organization's finances, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a projected operating budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to use the savings for direct program costs

it will enable us to have a clear understanding of the funding needed to operate our programs and give us a solid foundation to create a financial strategy to fund our organization.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with current accounting needs and practices, chart of accounts or operating budget, and financial statements currently being generated (e.g,. statement of financial position, statement of activities, or statement of cash flows)
  • Optional: If you are concerned about the sensitive nature of your financial data, have a volunteer sign a non-disclosure agreement

Milestone 1: Analysis & Recommendations
  • Professional analyzes current accounting system, and recommends improvements to data gathering, reporting, or implementation of new bookkeeping software
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which Professional incorporates

Our mission is to help students define and accomplish their goals, develop character, build self-confidence, and to develop positive peer relationships. We seek to provide students with knowledge they need to reach their goals and aspirations. We seek to provide an environment that will provide each student with the best possible opportunity to experience personal growth both on interpersonal and interpersonal levels.

What we do

We provide youth aged 8-20 with a variety of social, cultural, and recreational activtires primarily through the medium of basketball which includes: community service projects, social justice projects, enrichment activities, leadership development, international youth exchange program, educational programs and volunteerism.
