What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications

We are looking to enhance our retail partner "icon campaign" fundraising program in its second year with some additional print materials for the fundraising kit - a window cling, fundraising canister label, goal poster and one-pager explaining the program (who, what, when, why, etc.) - open to additional ideas that would make the turn-key program better for our partners as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have brand guide, logos, images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a general outline of the retail icon campaign program goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus on soliciting and committing new retail partners to the icon campaign.

Without any design or marketing folks on staff, we are grateful for a volunteer to help us create materials to match our brand and help expand this fundraising campaign in year 2. hopefully bringing more partners on board with a professional, turn-key and cohesive campaign package.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
