Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have supplemental documentation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,080 , allowing us to fund college tours for high school students.

We have not reviewed our handbook since 2018 and would like to make sure we are in compliance. We are also striving to be more inclusive in our policies and would appreciate an external opinion regarding how our organization may support an equitable and inclusive work environment.

Testimonials

Patty was an absolute gem to work with! Knowledgeable, thorough, informative, and incredibly professional – Patty left no stone left unturned when it came to this project. The process itself was much longer than anticipated given the COVID-19 pandemic and we appreciated Patty’s flexibility and patience with us during this time. She truly went above and beyond our expectations, making our handbook much more thorough and detailed than we anticipated. We could not be more pleased!
