What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
What we have in place
- We currently have a sandbox version of Volunteers for Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time to work with you on this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to help even more people with low income with their taxes.
We are moving away from excel spreadsheets (yippee!) and using the application "Volunteers for Salesforce" to register and track volunteers. We had some college student teams work on the set up but they didn't complete the project. We want to get this launched so it is ready for tax season. We are looking for a volunteer that is an expert with the application "Volunteers for Salesforce."
