How this will help
This project will save us $5,767 , allowing us to Having an optimize website creates the foundation to use the Google Not for Profit adwords and arrange for an intern to assist in the development of posting online about our work.
We are using our website as the central repository for everyone in town to learn about our project. We need to get the word out to create support for your work as others would like to increase tax rateables that does not include our project.

Our mission
Ice House Flats is a Phillipsburg, New Jersey-based 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to preserving the history of the Phillipsburg Flats area nestled against the bank of the Morris Canal. We provide a sustainable, environmental clean space utilizing the existing structures dating back to the turn of the previous century. Using adaptive reuse for the existing structures with grounds for dog parks, walking trails and gardening, the organization creates outreach programs associated with an educational core curriculum, Sponsoring open-air festivals, performing arts and music, movies revitalizing our town benefitting the local community with a low-cost entertainment alternative.
What we do
After many years of being unoccupied, Mother Nature has started the process of reclamation of the Ice House property. Our job, as stewards of the area, is to bring the property back to a place where it can be enjoyed by everyone in the community as a low-cost entertainment alternate. Enhancing the quality of life for the people of the town of Phillipsburg and the surrounding region is the primary goal of the Ice House Flats organization. We are planning on festivals, movies, concerts, and community events available to community residents; Sow a community garden to save money on produce, eat better, and build relationships with neighbors.
