What we need
  • Document outlining Organization’s or a specific program’s strengths and weaknesses as well as potential opportunities and threats
Additional details

We are looking for a professional who can help us with a SWOT analysis. We are a newly formed non profit in the United States looking to build upon an existing brand. A SWOT analysis will be greatly beneficial prior to starting our program strategy and goals.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the website, facebook, instagram, youtube and pinterest, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have on website mission, vision & values which is a helpful start, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to help attract board members, volunteers, identify funding sources, develop a business plan and marketing strategy.

I am the founder, originally from the UK, therefore understanding the local needs, existing resources and competition in the USA will help No Rain, No Rainbows understand how we can best serve our beneficiaries.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with information regarding current operations (financial, programmatic, physical and human resources), Organization-wide or program goals and mission, and market analysis
  • Professional facilitates meeting with Organization’s leadership to discuss goals for the SWOT analysis
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager outline next steps and timeline for the project (including individual meetings between Professional and members of Organization such as functional heads, board members, etc.)

  • Professional analyzes the information shared by the Organization
  • Professional researches any additional information about external competitive landscape based on the market analysis
  • Professional conducts interviews with different Organization stakeholders for their perspectives on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and threats
