Project details
What we need
- Initial assessment of areas of strength, targets for improvement and specific areas of focus desired for the coaching sessions
- Up to 6 coaching sessions exploring areas such as motivation, empowerment, collaboration, communication, giving / receiving feedback & conflict management
- Wrap-up session with actionable steps and advice moving forward as a manager
Additional details
I've taken on a new role and one that is new to the organization this year. I have a lot of experience and generally feel good about my management techniques with my direct reports, PT staff, and interns. My challenge is managing more laterally, particularly with staff who directly report to others, but still have responsibilities that I oversee.
What we have in place
- We currently have some key examples, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time and willingness, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,978 , allowing us to spend more funds on community oriented projects
Our organization is growing rapidly and undergone significant change over the past year. We have a huge challenge set up for our 2020 programming and all our staff need to be able to work together to make the project a success. Coaching will help me resolve some communication issues with colleagues and minimize wasted time in a period where every moment is precious
