What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We are looking to revamp our surveys in order for them to be more concise and to the point. Looking for a mobile friendly option that can ask for further follow up when individuals are choosing low barometer measurements. Additionally, creating Yes or No questions that will be able to give us further insight as to why our volunteer are not engaging or participating in events. Furthermore, are volunteers connected with the mission of Operation Jump Start and empowered by the message.
What we have in place
- We currently have results from previous event surveys., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data on volunteers that have opened our broadcasts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to reinvest the funds back into programming and continue expanding our College Success program. Additionally, we can continue to provide scholarships to our current college students in need.
It will give us an insight as to why volunteers are not engaging with the agency. Additionally,what methods can we use to reach those volunteers that do not attend events and don't have the opportunity to provide their feedback. Furthermore, we can continue to confidently market our program to the community in a way that we meet the expectations set forth.
