I am looking for a graphic for social media for Giving Tuesday (Dec 3). I have the basic templates but need someone to add my organization's information and hyperlink.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the Giving Tuesday basic template, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have any additional information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus on our patients.

Giving Tuesday brings nearly $1 billion to organizations; our organization is participating in a crowdfunding event on Giving Tuesday. We need a graphic that will make people engage with the organization and help them feel encouraged by their giving and the impact they are making.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics

Our mission

Patient Assist VI (PAVI) is a non-profit benefiting residents of the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to make sure no patient has to choose between their basic living expenses and the medications they need to be healthy and productive. As of 2019, we have obtained over $2,000,000 worth of prescription medications for our patients! We are seeing record numbers of referrals and because of the generosity of our donors, our patients never pay anything!
