What we'd like to talk about
I am looking for help finding the best vendor who provides voicemail with a transcription service for collecting cancer stories.
Additional context
We are doing a story collection process. People will call in and share their contact information as well as record a story following a few prompts. We need to be able to log all of the calls content. In excel is ideal but we can also copy the transcription form an email. The volume of calls will be in the thousands. And the voicemail can not have a short time limit because the recordings will be long. There are so many services we are having a hard time figuring out where to start.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
Our mission
If we are to succeed in our mission to end suffering and death from cancer, it won't just happen in the doctor's office or research lab. This movement must start at the statehouse and in Congress. And, it will be led by volunteers - regular people whose lives have been impacted by cancer - rallying together to demand change from their elected officials.
