Project details

What we need
  • Updates to Organization’s existing website (e.g., adding new copy and/or images, customizing styles/themes, basic layout revising, etc.)
  • Training for Organization staff on how to make minor updates going forward (if applicable)
Additional details

Website Layout Update - Looking for visual and layout revision.
Website Content Add - Include "In the News" section; Determine which messaging is confusing
Website Content Revise: Update with newest BBBSA brand language.

What we have in place
  • We have some language from our national organisation BBBS of America in the form of a Brandfolder & some documents from our Sharepoint site. Will also include content from our sponsorship packets & BBBS FAQs to help spur the conversation.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,666 , allowing us to support two additional Matches for a year.

This project will allow our organization to have a better online interface and can better provide an easy answer to potential donor/volunteer questions. We want to remove any barriers to learning information about our organization and inspire viewers to become actively engaged with us.

Our mission

Big Brothers Big Sisters provides children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

What we do

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a research-based, outcomes-oriented mentoring organization which drives relationships with a shared sense of purpose to reach goals: building socio-emotional competencies, increasing academic achievement, and avoiding/reducing risky behaviors. To achieve these goals, Big Brothers Big Sisters' core program is Community-Based Mentoring: traditional one-to-one mentoring during out-of-school time to allow youth to ignite and harness their own potential by building a positive relationship with an adult and engaging with the world around them. Bigs and Littles spend 9-12 hours per month together, clearing the path to the child's biggest possible future.
