What we need
  • Well written copy for an email series (3-5 emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign
Additional details

We introduce college students of color into the Finance and Accounting sector. We provide internships in: Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, Wealth management, Back office financial management. We are expanding into accounting firms and venture capital firms.

We recruit these students mostly from Community colleges and enhance their skill sets through industry speakers, mentoring, financial education, & business etiquette training.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Constant Contact account, web site, decks, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have LinkedIn & FB, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to move on some other projects.

The Financial Services and Accounting fields are severely lacking diversity and inclusion from minorities especially from African American and Latino backgrounds. As our society becomes a majority minority country these industries fail to reflect this new dynamic. We are choosing to make a difference in our community.

Dedicated to creating opportunities for students from traditionally underserved groups to gain experience in and exposure to the world of Finance and Accounting.

* We facilitate placements in summer internships for students interested in business, accounting and finance.

* We create other learning opportunities for students that increase their exposure to professionals working in the field.

* We mentor students in how to maximize the value of these opportunities.

My Email Marketing Copywriting project with The Street Smarts was the first job I ever completed on Catchafire, and I couldn't be happier.
