What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

Need someone to interview staff members for a teambuilding session we will be conducting on November 19. 2019 Looking for a simple interview process where people can anonymously share how they feel about working relationships with their teammates. Result would give each person a sense of the things others appreciate about their working relationship with them as well as areas for improvement. We are a good tightknit working unit but to do this live would take too long...and a few other reasons
What we have in place
- We currently have buy in from all for the project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a process for Interaction Agreements, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to offer well-earned holiday bonuses to all staff.
We have a very small team (seven members) that is producing outstanding results and need a booster shot for our working relationships prior to some very big upcoming projects that will require our best teamwork.
This might be better accomplished by live interviews but I didn't see the option for that in the menu. So, please advise if that is available.
