Project details

What we need
  • Updates to Organization’s existing website (e.g., adding new copy and/or images, customizing styles/themes, basic layout revising, etc.)
  • Training for Organization staff on how to make minor updates going forward (if applicable)
Additional details

We are launching a capital campaign for a new Marin City Health & Housing Hub, a $27M project to create affordable housing co-located with wraparound healthcare services in one of the Bay Area's most underserved communities. Having a visually engaging, dynamic website will be key to engaging individual donors! I've created something basic at healthymarincity.org, but really need an expert to step it up a notch - both in content and easy ways to create updates to capture attention and interest.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a basic website and color palatte for the organization, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person with extensive program knowledge, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,666 , allowing us to leverage program staff expertise with extremely limited staff and resources for IT.

Individual donors will contribute $6M to build this mixed use, new construction project with huge community benefit. We are starting from a very small donor base, and this site is the primary way we will raise awareness and funding. Our audience is Marin residents - who are mostly liberal and affluent. A credible, interesting, dynamic site will build their interest, confidence and desire to give to a game-changer of a project that will impact poverty, health and housing.
