What we'd like to talk about
I recently completed a positive performance review. I now have to set metrics for my next year of work. I am in fundraising and would love to talk through some ideas of metrics.
Additional context
It would be ideal to have the input of someone that has worked for/with nonprofits and has some knowledge of fundraising and development departments.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Our mission
LEAP for Education empowers low income and first-generation-to-college students to perform at higher levels in middle school and high school, and to graduate college prepared to pursue a successful career that matches their strengths and passions.
What we do
LEAP for Education provides free program to students ages 11-23 who are low income and first-generation-to-college. We provide academic support and enrichment, career and college readiness skills as well as career and college advising. LEAP does this through the the Academic Learning Programs in Salem and Gloucester, and the College Success Program in Peabody and Salem.
