What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Our organization is currently using an employee manual last updated in 2008. We have recently merged & changed our name and believe this would be a good time to update the current manual.
What we have in place
- We currently have an out-of-date employee manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an eager staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to serve more youth seeking permanent environments after being in the foster care system.
We have re-focused our energy as a group and want the employee manual to reflect our mission and values as an organization. We know funders and accrediting agencies expect certain things (like an anti-bullying policy) to be in place, we want to ensure that, for funding's sake as well as for compliance sake.
