What we need
  • A list of suggested vendors, such as: catering, venue, audio/visual (AV), decorations, merchandising
  • Spreadsheet outlining expected costs per vendor
What we have in place
  • We are looking for some local vendors of tshirts and polo shirts that we can offer to our sponsors. We have some other specs we are looking for as well.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to help more people with low income.

Getting our name out there helps us spread the word about the good work Tax-Aid does for the community.

  • Professional researches potential vendors, gathers cost quotes, and compiles into spreadsheet

  • Professional shares vendor suggestions with Volunteer Manager and helps establish relationships with vendors, if needed
  • Volunteer Manager asks follow-up questions related to list provided
