What We Need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional Details

This project is a high energy, sports minded, get involved to help others and have fun type of video. It will focus around schools having #GoldTogether games to support childhood cancer awareness - your impact and creativity will help kids think beyond themselves and help other kids.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have 50+ photos and 5 short video clips, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the direct access to work with me for guideance, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to connect more pediatric cancer families to American Cancer Society to provide resources that provide support which could save the life of a child.

#GoldTogether is a new nationwide program with American Cancer Society that focuses on bringing awareness, support and funding childhood cancer research. It is grass roots and needs this video to promote internally the opportunities that this presents and externally for kids to get involved to help other kids (and have fun too).

Prep: Information Sharing and Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline and Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation and Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
