Project details

What we need
  • A compilation of research on a specific topic (e.g. industry best practices, literature review, media contacts, industry trends, etc.) including a list of sources
  • Recommendations on areas for further exploration/research
  • Note: This project is not designed to be used for prospect or grant research
Additional details

A passionate, highly-motivated, hard-working discreet professional (willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement) who can research several questions related to active climate-justice campaigns. A background or interest in environmental science or environmental studies a plus.

What we have in place
  • We currently have workplan, Google doc and Google folders with documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have conversation to provide background and context, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,324 , allowing us to apply the money saved to organizing strategic communications targeting corporate polluters and opposing environmentally destructive projects.

Stand.earth is a nonprofit environmental organization working to create a world where respect for people and the environment comes first. Our campaigns challenge destructive corporate and governmental practices, demand accountability, and create solutions that support all of us -- and the environment and climate we depend upon. Your work will directly support active campaigns in the world and move use closer to winning.

Online Research Project

Jim and Stand were a pleasure to work with. I worked on a couple of different sub-projects for one of their activist campaigns, mostly writing and editing. Their work is important, and I hope to work with them again.
