How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to focus resources on our direct programs in the field cleanups and educational outreach.

We always like to have an outside perspective help us take a step back and review what's working and what needs improvement.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with information regarding current operations (financial, programmatic, physical and human resources), Organization-wide or program goals and mission, and market analysis
  • Professional facilitates meeting with Organization’s leadership to discuss goals for the SWOT analysis
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager outline next steps and timeline for the project (including individual meetings between Professional and members of Organization such as functional heads, board members, etc.)

  • Professional analyzes the information shared by the Organization
  • Professional researches any additional information about external competitive landscape based on the market analysis

Our mission

808 Cleanups is a 501(c)3 environmental nonprofit organization committed to restoring Hawai`i's natural beauty by empowering volunteers to conduct decentralized cleanups from mauka to makai, responding to littering and vandalism of Hawai`i's natural spaces, saving Hawai`i's indigenous ecosystem through education, and building sustainable solutions with community partners.

What we do

Stewardship projects from mauka to makai (mountain to ocean). Volunteer cleanups, graffiti removals and invasive plant removals from hiking trails to underwater and everywhere in-between. Working with community partners to help people find volunteer opportunities in their area and that work for their schedule. Supporting volunteers in their efforts through our Adopt a Site program. Supporting and connecting people with our 808 Cleanups App and social media. Providing supplies to active volunteers.
