What we need
- 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
- Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
- Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details
- possible need for 1x month drop in coaching for a team of 6 managers. AND/OR
- possible need for 1 on 1, on-call coaching as needed.
What we have in place
- We currently have a set meeting time., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have unanimous interest from management for coaching., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to feed, house and clothe more youth!
Our non-profit, which serves LGBTQQ+ youth under aged 24 in leadership development, has grown it's infrastructure by 30% in the last year. 50% of new staff hired in the last 3 months. All of the managers and myself are new to the org and are in need of support on how to -support front line staff, carry the vision and responsibility of programming for the organization, how to regulate ourselves in the midst of growth.
