Organizational Executive Summary

Project details

What we need
  • A 1-2 page document that summarizes your Organization's impact and goals for continued programming and services.
Additional details

We have two membership types: financial institutions and community partners. I would like to have a 1-2 page document for each prospective member type.

What we have in place
  • We currently have membership collateral/copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to testimonials from current members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to invest in new programming.

Our current collateral is more than 5 years old. While some of the information is good, it feels stale and unexciting.

Project plan

P

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss tone and presentation style based on target audience
2
Milestone 2: Executive Summary Draft
  • Professional shares first draft of executive summary with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager gives detailed feedback with comments and questions
3
Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional incorporates feedback and delivers final draft to Volunteer Manager
