As a CEO, l want to learn skills when working with a Board of Directors. Running successful board meetings. Building realtionships with the Board.
What we have in place
- We currently have a board dedicated to the cause, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have bylaws, agendas, minutes, and Board materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,882 , allowing us to put the dollars back into operations, as we currently raise $750,000/ year.
As a new CEO, I want to learn from experts, rather than make common mistakes related to Board Development and buy-in.
