What we need
- A set of professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in JPEG or TIFF format optimized for use on the Organization's website, social media, or in printed design materials
- Written specs describing all visual design elements, filters and text treatments used to ensure consistency for future related work
Additional details
We have a folder with 15 years of photos and videos that has some organization. However, we keep using the same photos over and over again. We need help organizing, especially adjusting resolution where possible to use on social media and our new website. We need our videos organized so that we can provide videos of our work.
What we have in place
- We currently have a lot of photos and videos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have them organized in dropbox and google drive for ease of use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to invest in our infrastructure and do better management.
We need to show everyone the great work we have been doing for 15 years!

Bay Area Parent Leadership Action Network (PLAN) is an Oakland based organization that develops the leadership and builds the power of parents to transform schools so that all students achieve their student succes
What we do
We train parents and families to believe that their voices matter, while we develop their skills and knowledge that will strengthen their capacity to advocate for their children. We build strong school-based partnerships among families, teachers, staff and principals using transformative family engagement practices that transform schools. We organize a network of parents from different cultures who support each other, create a shared analysis of institutional racism's impact on students of color, and an understanding of the need for systemic change. We develop parent leaders who build a membership and support base of families, teachers, staff, and principals to organize campaigns that promote change- in values, practices, system design and resources.
