What We Need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences.
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize.
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
  • Note: this project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts.*
Additional Details

We have just formed a marketing committee as an extension of our Board, and we need a marketing plan to get us started.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff member to this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a marketing summary of what we are already doing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to partially fund an outreach project at a low-income school, providing a choir for 20 girls who don't otherwise have access to a choral program.

Tucson Girls Chorus currently serves over 240 singers throughout Tucson with 11 different choirs. We have a very small staff and a quality product that we are very passionate about (empowering girls through music). We are hoping to grow our membership by focusing on both retention and recruitment. A marketing strategy will help us to clarify our goals and gain some knowledge on how best to achieve them in order to bring the power of singing together to more of Tucson's youth.

TGC provides high-quality choral education for Tucson's youth. Singers gain self-confidence, connect with others, develop a strong work ethic, and are welcomed into the TGC family. We strive to serve girls of all backgrounds & abilities through our 11 choirs.
