What we need
- An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Seeds of Africa is requesting video editing services for our sixth Annual Benefit on November 6, 2019 in New York, NY. Editing pre-recorded footage and voiceovers into an event video. The event theme is African Marketplace, a celebration of women in urban informal economies. The video footage travels through the city of Adama, Ethiopia visiting the small businesses of the women entrepreneurs we support with micro-loans.
What we have in place
- We currently have all footage required, a video structure, and a full script, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all branding resources you require, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to invest more in program expansion and maximize impact for the women and children we serve. All event proceeds support Seeds of Africa's education and community development programs in Ethiopia.
Since 2008, Seeds of Africa has been educating the next generation of Ethiopia's leaders, and empowering their mothers to become entrepreneurs. Seeding Education promotes a STEM-based curriculum, provides nutritious meals, access to healthcare, and school supplies for 210 students. Sowing Community empowers their mothers with language and financial literacy, micro-loans and technical support to help them start and grow their own businesses.

Our mission
Seeds of Africa is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to educate and nurture children and their families by providing quality education and community development programs. We move beyond the traditional aid model by shifting from mere relief efforts, to providing students, families, and communities with the resources and skills they need to support themselves and find local solutions to fight poverty, increase civic participation, and enhance community re-investment.
What we do
We began in 2008 as an after-school program, and have since grown into a full-time school that serves pre-k to 6th grade students, and a community development program that serves their mothers and other female guardians.
