Project details

What we need
  • A dashboard in Excel or Google Sheets that visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs), with data from up to 3 sources
  • Training on how to consistently update the dashboard for ongoing use
  • Optional: Training on how to edit dashboard and execute on formulas and functions that will allow for its evolution
Additional details

We are looking to upgrade our case managers monthly reporting document to have a master sheet with a dashboard that compiles the data for a yearly or to-date accumulation.

What we have in place
  • We currently have monthly reports in excel documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility on changing the formatting, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to put the money back into running the program which helps move individuals and families from homeless to housed.

This project will help us track clients progress towards their individual goals and help case managers keep better track of information. It will allow them to easily see areas that need improvement/attention.

Our mission

Dignity Housing's mission is to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty that confronts low-income families and individuals in the city of Philadelphia. Dignity Housing breaks the cycle of homelessness by providing quality transitional and permanent supportive housing, promoting self-sufficiency, and creating opportunities.

What we do

Anchored by case management, Dignity offers a range of services to residents- including life skills development, employment, and education services, health and wellness supports, and housing placement services (for a successful transition to permanent housing). Additionally, Dignity provides educational activities for children and youth. Upon entering Dignity, case managers assess immediate needs for livable income, food, transportation, childcare, etc. and ensure appropriate action toward meeting these needs. They connect residents with benefits and work with them to develop short-term goals and action steps with paths to long-term self-sufficiency.

For homeless families and individuals, moving into a Dignity unit is often the first time in months that they have a safe place to sleep at night, without the stress of where they will sleep tomorrow. Dignity's 58 units of housing range from efficiency apartments to three-bedroom houses. Dignity's Property Management Department cares for the properties by performing ongoing maintenance, repairs and hiring experienced contractors when needed. Dignity staff works closely with all contractors to ensure everyone follows agency protocol and that tenants receive the highest quality service. Every unit has a kitchen with standard appliances, and our Alicia's House program (for domestic violence survivors) is fully furnished
