What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed

Need a Word and Pages Template for digital letterhead. Already have the paper letterhead created that we use and access to the hi-res logos to use.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a print copy of the letterhead to reference, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have hi resolution logos in multiple formats to use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to put directly towards the care of our horses for supplements & supplies for their well-being through the year end. Developing a new pilot program for people that have struggle with trauma based issues

I would like to reduce the amount of paper letterhead sent out by organization. Most items that need to be sent could easily be sent by a digital version or saved as a pdf to send digitally. I think it aligns for our organization to be environmentally conscious. It would also reduce the cost of postage that we use to send physical letters and gift / donor acknowledgements.

  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format

Our mission

The Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy program partners with horses, utilizing their movement and important bond between horse and rider, to promote improved physical and emotional well-being and independence for individuals with disabilities. At Pegasus we provide therapeutic exercise in various forms always emphasizing ability and maintaining an environment of respect and trust for our riders, volunteers and horses.

What we do

Pegasus TRA provides therapeutic riding lessons, equine assisted activities and therapies to the Philadelphia and surrounding communities. We provide volunteer opportunities for students and adults within our programs 6 days a week, year round.
