Strategy for us to know when and how to continue to update this document in the future.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a very basic employee handbook with template language.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to devote more of our budget to creating social justice theatre and building up our volunteer base.

This project will help us to hold each other accountable and provide clear guidelines for new staff. We are looking to make large overhauls of our staffing this year and want to be prepared.
