What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We would like to focus on having a professional provide a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users for G Suites.
What we have in place
- We currently have a G Suites account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an admin team ready to learn, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to Offer scholarships to low income families.
As we expand, it is important to track families as they go through the application and enrollment process, send targeted marketing and communications, and manage donor data. Mission Kids seeks assistance to identify the organization's data management needs and implement recommended changes to the data management platforms and processes.
