Communication Materials Audit
Communication Materials Audit
Project details
What we need
- Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
- Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
- Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
What we have in place
- We currently have 3 years history of donor communications, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have applied for and received major national grants, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to pay for new overhead expenses. We were recently displaced and rental of an office and gallery in Oakland far exceeds the money we can allocate to through our current fundraising and grants.
This project will kick off a bundle we are pursuing in Catchafire to diversify our fundraising efforts with ASG's new leadership at the helm. We were recently displaced from our location of 9 years in Oakland, and with the right expertise and support, ASG can have a bright future in the Bay Area as a vehicle for ground-breaking multi-media, installation, and experimental video works that push forward challenging conversations and create new worlds of thought.
Project plan
Our mission
Aggregate Space Gallery (ASG) is an exhibition and performance space dedicated to the exploration and presentation of immersive works. Our mission is to provide extensive in-house resources and expertise that enable artists to promote intellectual and tangible artworks in a public platform. We showcase video and installation artworks, films, lectures and performances by innovative regional artists and thinkers whose work ignites critical dialogue.
What we do
At ASG, we believe that artists ask important questions of our society, often navigating the unknown with the tools they have on hand. Given the opportunity, artists can challenge common assumptions, bear witness, build community, and help our society reframe our path forward.
ASG programming stands out because of our drive to provide emerging and mid-career artists with opportunities to take great risks and, in so doing, engage viewers in new and dramatic ways.
Testimonials
Andrew from Catchafire helped our organization not only kick-off our first project on the platform, but helped us define solid steps forward toward our goals to diversify our fundraising efforts, providing critical feedback and sound advice in a meaningful way just when we needed it most. Thanks, Andrew and Catchafire!
ASG, especially Willis, was eager, dedicated, and receptive to my input and analysis. She was also quick to respond when I had questions or comments. I would work with her again!
