What we need
  • A professionally designed annual report, up to 20 pages, with print-ready specifications
Additional details

Looking for a talented designer to create a nonprofit annual report. Our publication will be a tri-fold, 8.5x11" piece (6 pages total), printed in full color. All images, logos, style guide, and content are ready to go. "Storyboards" for project are also available. Can share link to 2018 annual report as a guide. Goal is to have final draft ready to print by 9/15/19.

What we have in place
  • We currently have everything you need, including content and images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the ability for you to work remotely, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to continue to serve families of youth and adults with special needs.

The Parents Helping Parents annual report is an important publication that demonstrates our impact in the community. It is used for external marketing purposes.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Annual Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Annual Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications
