What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We are needing assistance in formatting our newly Employee Handbook. We need it to be nicely put together into a book that will be utilized by our employees.
What we have in place
- We currently have a completed copy of the handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have data that will be useful to this process, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to redirect funding to much needed programs within our organization
This project will help our organization achieve its goals by presenting the policies and procedures in a tangible way for our employees to always have as a point of reference.

HABESHA (Helping Africa By Establishing Schools at Home and Abroad), Inc. is a Pan-African organization that cultivates leadership in youth and families through practical experiences in cultural education, sustainable agriculture, entrepreneurship, holistic health, and technology.
What we do
Founded in 2002, HABESHA utilizes project-based learning and experiential learning models to develop peer educators in underserved communities in Atlanta, Georgia. As an agent of positive social change, HABESHA accomplishes its mission through community service, media production, cultural events, & educational workshops. Since our inception, HABESHA has branched out to begin work in Africa and has an established NGO, HABESHA Foundation, where we continue the mission internationally.
