Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We need to answer questions like:
What is the most efficient way to run reports based on variables like geography, title, sector, generation, donor, funder etc?
What is the best way for us to have a CRM that allows us to continue manipulating the info we have, going forward? The data we enter will change continuously, so the data we have will need to be updated.
How does salesforce work with Pardot, when we send out emails etc, does it automatically populate the same cells from salesforce?

What we have in place
  • We currently have Salesforce and Pardot, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Zoom for conferencing which has screen sharing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to save money, bring our projects to a wider audience and start partnering with more community organizations.

We are trying to streamline how we interact with our clients. We want to be able to send out specialized emails, invitations and other information, based on how our clients are sorted in Salesforce.
