Project details

What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
Additional details

I need data from a Harvard Business Review report converted into a one-page infographic that gets across the concepts at a glance for decision-makers. The core concept to be conveyed is the difference between managing an innovation team and a standard ops team. The infographic should visually present key findings on the different management styles needed to support these two types of teams.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the HBR research report and a visual branding guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a purpose and desired outcome statement for the infographic, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,518 , allowing us to host four more strategic doing workshops to help our network collaborate on innovative projects that support our unsheltered neighbors.

The infographics will help leaders quickly grasp why contracts for standard ops need to be managed differently than contracts for innovative projects. When decision-makers understand how to manage innovation contracts in line with best practices, social service organizations will be able to accelerate much-needed change for people who are falling through the social safety net.
