Project Details

What We Need
  • Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, visual design, content, and other key features
  • Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
  • Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional Details

We just hired a videographer to help with enhancing our website and social media presence. We like a streamlined website with strong language and easy to read information. I am not sure we need a total overhaul but I think our small staff and board is too close to see what is doable. We also need to roll in our CRM database to this upgrade (CiviCRM). Like many small nonprofits, we are running to keep up so please speak my language in layperson's terms so we can get rolling on this. Thanks.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have in house staff currently doing this, who can pass the baton, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have resources to dig up what is needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to put funding into our general operating budget to keep our organization solvent!

Obviously, our website is our face to the world. We are doing unique and impactful work, nationally and globally and our website feels like it pales in comparison to that impact. We want our visual representation to line up with our philosophical, spiritual and ethical values.

(No testimonial has been submitted by Belle)
Working with Rocky Mountain Seed Alliance was truly a pleasure from start to finish. Belle communicated the organization's situation, expectations, and wishes very clearly while remaining open to feedback and discussion: overall, ensuring a collaborative and smooth process. I'd absolutely recommend RMSA to other people looking to volunteer for a professional, high-impact non-profit organization.
