What We Need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have photos , quotes, stories, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ability to post on a regular basis / small budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

This project is important because we have a colorful vibrant organization
who is under the radar. We are 25 successful years old with great PR
and a host of wonderful stories. We need to build followers!

Prep: Audit & Planning
  • Volunteer Manager shares social media credentials and existing marketing materials with Professional
  • (If applicable) Professional audits existing social media account to determine which content types are performing best
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss & agree upon target audiences, content types, and posting frequency

Milestone 1: Calendar Structure Creation
  • Professional uses Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or comparable software to set up content calendar structure
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Content Creation
  • Volunteer Manager shares raw materials (photos, quotes, stories, etc) that Professional needs to create content
  • Professional creates up to 4 weeks’ worth of social media posts (approximately 12-20 posts) and inputs into calendar
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

(Optional) Milestone 3: Content Scheduling / Software Setup
  • Professional connects Organization’s social media account to a scheduling software like Buffer or Hootsuite
  • Professional sets up and schedules up to 4 weeks of posts in scheduling software
