  • Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have program team supervisor, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have executive director, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

Prep: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with an overview of the Organization's current workplace culture, perceived strengths and areas for improvement
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional any Organizational policies, programs, and/or procedures that influence workplace culture
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with past reviews or feedback that the Organization has gathered from employees (if any)
Milestone 1: Research and Evaluations
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and agree on best method to conduct assessment
  • Professional conducts assessment
  • Professional garners feedback from other team members (if necessary)
Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss findings
  • Professional provides final thoughts on the Organization's culture, as well as areas and actionable items to continue to focus on
