What we need
  • Specific copy from one document (up to 1000 words) translated from one language to one other of the Organization's choice

Additional details

I have a patient survey that needs to be translated into Portuguese by July 15th. It is a 23 question survey for free clinic patients in Virginia.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the survey to be translated, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have anything else needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,098 , allowing us to help other free clinics

We are trying to capture the free clinic patients medication needs and any other struggles they may face.

Rx Partnership increases medication access for vulnerable Virginians and strengthens the health safety net.

What we do

Rx Partnership provides free and low-cost medication to vulnerable Virginians to treat a variety of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension and depression. Last year we helped distribute over $24 million in medications - ensuring that patients at free clinics never have to choose between food and medicine!
