Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We are in need of policies and procedures for our organization. Being fairly new to this organization, I have been tasked with creating standard policies and procedures, as we currently do not have many or they are no longer relevant. I have only had time to create a few and am still waiting for approvals.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook and a handful of policies & procedures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of policies & procedures that we need or need editing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide various needed training's for our staff.

We are not even a full year in to a drastic change in our organization (new Executive Director, new Office Manager turned Business Administrator and new Collective Impact Director) two of which were positions created by the new ED. We are in need of structure and organization, as we are trying to guide all staff on a proper non profit organization structural path which will provide a more focused organization both in house and out in the community.
