Impact statement
This project will save us $22,266 , allowing us to direct these funds to patient care.

Project Details

What We Need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional Details

In my former non-profit job, we had a salary administration plan with a minimum, midpoint and maximum salary ranges for each position. If this could be achieved for our Clinic, that would be amazing.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have job descriptions and the current salary of each position, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional salary information from other area Clinics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

As a small non-profit, our Clinic has not had any direction in terms of salary administration. We are trying to ensure we are competitive with other area non-profits to attract and retain quality staff to serve our patients.
