Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences.
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize.
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
  • Note: this project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts.*
Additional details

Next year will be our 20th anniversary as an organization, and we want to build a marketing/branding/fundraising campaign around this milestone which highlights our impact over the past 20 years, lays out a vision and goals for the future, and rallies community support to help us achieve that vision.

What we have in place
  • We currently have template materials & examples from sister organizations, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have development and communications staff and Board members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to invest more in our programmatic work (environmental education, water quality monitoring in streams/beaches/ocean, and policy advocacy).

Santa Barbara Channelkeeper has been a strong voice for clean water in our community for 20 years. We aim to leverage our 20th anniversary as an opportunity to raise awareness about what we've achieved over the past 20 years and what we hope to accomplish in the next 5, 10 and 20 years, and to generate excitement, enthusiasm and donations to set us up for success to achieve our goals and vision for the future.
