  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.

We also need a system to manage and track our volunteers' time and achievements.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a proposed volunteer management model, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some raw data for this year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to use these funds in providing direct support to those in our community with high needs.

Volunteers are an important aspect of how we get our work done. Unfortunately, when we lost our volunteer coordinator over a year ago, our volunteer management efforts were stalled. We have seen a decrease in volunteers, we currently do not track volunteer time, don't have a central location were current volunteer opportunities live. Ultimately, not able to say how volunteers impact our work. We are in need of figuring out how to recruit and manage volunteers given our current capacity.
